This is a lovely little vase-shaped Bok choy. Early, mild and tender with medium-green leaves on pale-green, spoon-shaped stalks. This variety was bred to tolerate heat, rain, cold, and dampness. Great variety for early spring and late summer plantings in mild-winter areas. Harvest when 6" tall. Seed from a small organic farm in Quebec.
