Indeterminate. A green-when-ripe variety (aka evergreen) with medium-sized beefsteak fruits. Its skin ripens to contrasting stripes of yellow on lime green, and flesh is an also mint green. The fruit itself is very juicy, tender and sweet, but holds together well when sliced and paired with sandwiches, crackers or tossed in a salad. These plants are very productive.
Sow seeds indoors ¼" deep 6-8 weeks before last frost. Germination in 7-14 days. Transplant outdoors in rows 24-36” apart. Tomatoes are sensitive to freezing temperatures, so wait to transplant outdoors until the soil is warm, after last frost.. Use supports as the plant grows with cage, stake, or trellis.
