Vines grow to 3 feet tall
Approx. 75 seeds per pack
Shelling pea. Dating to at least 1890, this large pod, but dwarf growing pea, yields stout pods that grow several inches with up to 10 peas inside! Vines that grow up to 3 feet have a good yield of peas that are excellent for shelling with a great, sweet flavor.
Sow direct seeds 2-3” apart at a depth of ½ - 1” in rows 24” apart. Sow these seeds outdoors as soon as soil can be worked in spring. Seeds will germinate in 7-14 days. Support is needed. Double rows of peas can be planted on each side of a trellis.
