Greens, Spicy Greens Mix

A perfect mix of greens for use in your favorite salad, sandwich, stir-fries or eggs. It can be used as a cut-and-come-again crop, or you can harvest the young sprouts, shoots and leaves for a different tasty treat or let mature and enjoy the stronger flavors they offer. This delectable, colorful baby salad greens mix includes Tango and Speckled lettuce, but raises the taste level with Red Russian kale, peppery arugula, endive, and Asian greens Peking Ta Ching Kou Pai Tsai and Mizuna.

Growing Instructions

Sow seeds 1” apart and ¼” in depth. Germination period is 7-14 days. Sow continuously for a constant supply of lettuce. Best grown in cooler weather and planted in full sun or partial shade.
